Compañía Pineda Álvarez was founded by José Pineda Sanchez and Dolores Álvarez Oliva on 10/28/1981, the purpose of the company was from the outset to manufacture household appliances in the old factory located in the center of El Viso del Alcor (Seville), Due to the increase in sales volume, the factory was transferred to the Santa Isabel Industrial Estate to a 650m2 warehouse and in the early 2000s it was expanded by 700m2 more destined for a logistics warehouse. Jose Pineda has always been a person with great inventiveness capable of developing his own machines for the production of household appliances, society has followed in the footsteps of the founders and continues to design products as well as patents.

The company has several business channels, the most important being the commercialization of household appliances under the brand “Bastilipo Premier”, this brand is specialized in wholesale marketing of small household appliances, having clients throughout Europe, the second line of business It is the commercialization of electrical tools under the brand “Azor” both brands are marketed in the traditional market and online sale. For several years we have also been manufacturing private label for several important clients. Lastly, we have a division of development and commercialization of industrial filters for multiple sectors.
